We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our team and drive continued growth.

The Role

This role involves developing and implementing effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and nurturing relationships within core markets.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth.

* Lead and support a small sales team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

* Identify and build relationships with new clients and maintain strong partnerships with existing customers in key markets such as Sport, Construction, Events & Exhibitions, Retail, and Offices.

* Present and promote print solutions to prospective clients.

* Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Requirements

* Proven track record as a Sales Growth Manager or in a similar sales role.

* Experience in managing and motivating a sales team.

* Print industry experience is desirable but not essential.

* Strong understanding of sales strategies and business development practices.

* Demonstrated success in selling to key markets such as Sport, Construction, Events & Exhibitions, Retail, and Offices.

* Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

* Self-motivated, goal-oriented and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
