Salary and Benefits

Job Description
We require a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in business development, sales, or related roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring new business, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract award, and contributing to bid management. Additionally, they should possess strong interpersonal skills, market research and analysis capabilities, and proficiency in using social media for selling opportunities and networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new qualified leads in current and new markets
- Manage opportunities from lead to contract award
- Analyse reasons for wins and losses, providing insightful reports
- Provide realistic sales order forecasts with supporting evidence
- Engage with customers, attending meetings, exhibitions, and trade events
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in business development, sales, or related roles
- Proven track record of acquiring new business and managing sales cycles
- Strong market research and analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using social media for selling opportunities and networking
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Professional certifications in sales or business development (e.g., Certified Business Development Professional)
- Experience in prospecting and lead generation
