Tenancy Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Tenancy Support Coordinator to join our team at The Forward Trust. As a key member of our Housing Support Team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals experiencing issues within their tenancy linked to substance misuse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and providing a trauma-informed service to individuals with substance misuse issues
  • Providing intensive and consistent support to create long-term sustainable tenancies
  • Promoting independence and supporting individuals to maximize connectivity with the local community and partner agencies
  • Providing holistic support to address any issues individuals may have, either directly or by signposting and referring to other services
