Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our team at CGR Services. As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that New Zealand residential landlords are compliant with the Residential Tenancy Act (RTA) and the Unit Titles Act.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and monitor tenancy obligations for landlords
  • Support vulnerable tenants
  • Evaluate information and work knowledge of the enforcement process

Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge of regulatory and compliance environments
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of administrative law and the principles of natural justice and fairness
  • Sound compliance skills
