Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support the planning and delivery of the 2025 Rise Residential Summit and additional Rise events. The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager, Rise Community Events, the Learning & Impact team, the Support Services team, and other individuals within the Rhodes Trust and the Schmidt entities.

About the Role

The role will be responsible for supporting the visa and travel process for the 100+ Winners to attend the Rise Residential Summit, coordinating event logistics, and collaborating with vendors/contractors to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the visa and travel process for the 100+ Winners to attend the Rise Residential Summit">
  • Coordinate event logistics and collaborate with the Learning & Impact team, the Support Services team, and vendors/contractors to ensure a positive experience">
  • Assist with health and safety documentation, including developing and updating risk assessments for proposed activities at the Rise Residential Summit">
  • Develop and coordinate the run of show documents for the Rise Residential Summit">

Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with experience in working with young people, coordinating international travel, and event coordination.
