Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Volunteer Management Coordinator to join our team at Oxford Pride.

About the Role:

  • Advertise volunteer opportunities and maintain a register of interested candidates.
  • Develop and implement a communications strategy to engage volunteers and keep them informed about events and activities.
  • Brief volunteers on their roles and responsibilities, and manage the volunteer rota for Parade Day.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines, manage teams, and communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, event management, or community outreach.

Working Arrangements:

  • This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.
  • Expenses will be reimbursed.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
