Meraki Talent Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Updates: Ensure that all in-house systems are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
  • Excel Expertise: Utilize Microsoft Excel on a daily basis to process and analyze data.
  • Invoice Processing: Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Customer Liaison: Communicate with customers via written correspondence.
  • Data Analysis: Work with Microsoft Excel to create Pivot Tables and sort data.

This is an initial temporary contract, with the possibility of extension. We are looking for an individual with previous administration experience and strong Microsoft Excel skills. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a hybrid approach to work offering additional flexibility.
