We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals eager to learn and develop their skills in a professional environment. As an Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience while contributing to various administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and databases.
- Work with the finance team for record keeping and invoicing, payroll.
- Utilise MS Office for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support the team with clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and organising documents.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Aid in the management of office supplies and inventory.
- Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects as required.
Skills
- Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with MS Office Word, Excel
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Competent typing skills for efficient documentation.
- Experience in an office environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

The salary will be paid based on the national minimum wage.
