Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive occupancy, brand awareness, and engagement within the student accommodation sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive occupancy, brand awareness, and engagement
  • Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and LinkedIn
  • Create engaging content to drive engagement
  • Manage the student content creator programme
  • Write clear, compelling content for social media posts, blog articles, website, marketing campaigns, and other marketing materials
  • Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns via HubSpot to drive engagement
  • Oversee and update content on the company website, ensuring it stays current and SEO-friendly
  • Monitor website performance and user engagement through analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Manage and update listings on third-party platforms to attract new tenants and increase brand awareness
  • Assist with photography and room styling for marketing purposes, ensuring properties are presented in the best possible light
  • Plan and organise a calendar of student events working closely with on-site teams to deliver the best student experience
  • Manage and optimise business profiles on Google to increase visibility and engagement and maintain the company's online reputation by responding to feedback
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth
  • Liaise with external partners and agencies to coordinate marketing efforts and promotional activities
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the student accommodation or hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, WordPress, Canva, HubSpot, social media management platforms, and editing tools
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
