This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading B2B publishing and events company as an Events Marketing Manager. As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a lead role in expanding the reach and revenue of our global conferences during an exciting growth phase for the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement high-calibre, coordinated marketing campaigns for multiple conferences and awards, including both free and paid delegate campaigns.
- Utilise a mix of channels including email, social media, and content marketing to maximise event visibility and registration.
- Use intuitive lead-generation techniques for data capture of new prospects.
- Devise and implement strategies to increase the return rate of event attendees.
- Build and manage databases, keeping data up to date and relevant for every campaign.
- Manage event websites, ensuring they are user-friendly and optimised for conversion.
- Create and manage partnerships with media/association partners, as well as speakers and sponsors, to further expose the brand and maximise revenue.
- Develop and deliver content marketing strategies that enhance the events' social media.
- Coordinate with Operations and Programming teams to produce marketing deliverables including sponsor material post-event reports.
- Work with the Product Marketers to ensure event marketing aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
This role would suit someone looking to gain valuable experience within a leading B2B publishing and events brand, with excellent opportunities for progressing your career.
Please note that a minimum of 3 years of B2B Events marketing experience is required, preferably with experience in conferences and awards. Ideally, experience working in the B2B financial, data, or market intelligence sectors is also beneficial.
