Client Acquisition and Retention Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Acquisition and Retention Expert to join our team at Cluttons LLP. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining high-value clients through exceptional customer service, proactive relationship building, and strategic account planning.
About the Role:- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
- Relationship Building and Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and retention, resulting in repeat business and referrals.
- Account Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement tailored account plans, aligning with client needs and goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client-facing roles, preferably within the property or real estate industry, and excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. We offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, which includes a base salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonuses.
