Client Acquisition and Retention Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled Client Acquisition and Retention Lead to join our growth strategy team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships. You'll work closely with our leadership team to respond to inbound enquiries, manage the sales lifecycle, and develop marketing materials such as blog posts, reports, and events.
- You will work with senior staff to bring in new leads across targeted sectors through traditional and creative approaches to outbound sales.
- You will conduct research on potential leads, prospects, and clients, and clearly communicate findings to senior leadership.
- You will develop Blue State collateral, proposals, and case studies, and collaborate with leadership and the marketing team to generate awareness of Blue State and our offerings.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business development, marketing, project or account coordination within an agency, consulting, or communications firm. They will be entrepreneurial, self-starter mentality driven at all times to meet and exceed goals. Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are essential.
