Senior Administrative Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Contract Manager to join our team at MYM Recruitment. As an Assistant Contract Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Contract Manager in managing heating planned service works and response maintenance functions. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, dealing with client queries, and finding resolutions to issues raised.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an administrative role on Social Housing contracts, with experience supervising staff and a high level of IT literacy. You will be a motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in handling tenant calls and resolving issues efficiently.
- Deal with client queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Support the Contract Manager in managing heating planned service works and response maintenance functions.
- Report directly to the Contract Manager and work closely with the field-based Maintenance Manager.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary:
£38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
