Job Purpose

As a Sales Development Representative at Televerde, you will be responsible for managing and growing the sales pipeline for one of our strategic partners. Your primary goal will be to identify and qualify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify targeted accounts to develop a deep understanding of their products and target markets.
  • Engage with key decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn to establish relationships and gather insights.
  • Conduct in-depth sales conversations to understand upcoming projects and needs within the business.
  • Qualify and book sales opportunities for our clients, ensuring a seamless handover to our field sales team.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data on our CRM and provide regular sales forecasts.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong business-to-business background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Fluency in English or one of our other supported languages is essential. Experience in mapping and identifying prospect clients, as well as understanding corporate structures and reporting relationships, is highly advantageous.
