Job Description

At Firstagency, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and motivating colleagues to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in event management, with experience in project managing small to medium-sized events and conferences. You will be proficient in G suite, Zoom, and Microsoft Office Suite, and have excellent presentation creation and formatting skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Project managing events and conferences
  • Liaising with clients and vendors
  • Managing event documents and timelines
  • Coordinating virtual events and rehearsals
  • Working with hotels and venues
  • Managing vendors and suppliers

We are looking for a highly organized and adaptable individual with excellent time management skills and a calm and flexible approach to handling pressure and stress. If you are a resourceful and proactive individual with a passion for event management, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in event management
  • Proficient in G suite, Zoom, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent presentation creation and formatting skills
  • Familiarity with web-based event platforms
