About the Role

Vanderlande Industries GmbH is seeking a skilled Project Management Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project execution environment, you will be responsible for planning all project activities and ensuring efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and lead project meetings, including PMS pre-review meetings and finance board meetings
  • Ensure timely submission of project reports and maintain accurate records
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and senior leadership, promoting transparency and alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor project performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to drive project success
  • Develop and maintain project execution RACI and reporting calendar
  • Support the PMO Lead in implementing effective governance and assurance processes

Requirements

  • Experience in project management, reporting, and planning, with a focus on P6 and cost estimation
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, and knowledge of PowerBI
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines
