Nurse Specialist for Young People with Diabetes
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Nurse Specialist for Young People with Diabetes to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with young people and their families in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As a Nurse Specialist for Young People with Diabetes, you will be responsible for providing expert care and management of young people with diabetes. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care pathways and outcomes.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in paediatric diabetes care, working with the latest technologies and innovations.
You will have the opportunity to participate in regular reviews of our services, examining our structure and processes against national criteria, and contributing to ongoing service development.
