About the RoleThis is a Band 6 role requiring an experienced, dynamic nurse with diabetic knowledge and understanding. You will be working across LNWH NHS Trust, delivering specialist nursing care to a diverse caseload.
Key Responsibilities- To deliver high-quality care to children and young people with diabetes, working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
- To develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of patients, ensuring seamless delivery of services across the health system.
- To participate in education and training activities to maintain current knowledge and best practices in diabetes care.
We offer a competitive salary of £43,141 - £72,619 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
