Job Overview

Barts Health is one of the largest NHS trusts in the country, delivering high-quality healthcare to patients. As a Paediatric Diabetes Nurse Specialist, you will be part of a team that provides expert care to children and young people with diabetes.

The service currently manages over 700 children and young people with diabetes, offering specialist care for complex type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes in childhood and adolescence, Cystic Fibrosis Diabetes, and rare forms of monogenic diabetes and neonatal diabetes.

You will work closely with Consultant Paediatricians, Endocrinologists, Dietitians, and Clinical Psychologists to deliver a seamless service and provide the highest level of expert nursing care to children and young people with diabetes, and their families.
