Specialist Nurse Advisor for Diabetes

The successful candidate for this Specialist Nurse Advisor for Diabetes position will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive nursing program focused on diabetes in primary care. With a passion for delivering the highest quality of care to improve patient outcomes, you will work closely with patients and practices to assist healthcare professionals in making informed decisions about treatment pathways in diabetes. In exchange for your expertise, you will receive a competitive basic salary, bonus, NMC/RCN fees, pension scheme, private health, and additional package benefits. Salary: £44,000 per annum. Hours: Full-time or part-time considered, 4 days per week minimum. Location: South London.
