Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Diabetes Specialist Nurse to join our team at Chemistree Solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in primary care, managing diabetes patients, and delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role

This full-time position involves working closely with healthcare professionals and patients to provide education, support, and advice on Type 2 Diabetes management.

You will be responsible for delivering a unique nursing programme focused on driving best practice and excellent patient care.

A strong understanding of national treatment guidelines and experience working in Diabetes are essential requirements for this role.

About You
  • NMC registered nurse with a minimum of 3 years' experience post-registration
  • Diabetes Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Full UK driving license

Salary
