**About Amazon Global Selling:**

We are a leading e-commerce company with a vision to deliver the best customer experience on our platforms. We are seeking a results-driven individual to drive Korea-based strategic sellers (brand owner or manufacturer) to maximize their presence and business on Amazon Global marketplaces.

The **Strategic Account Manager** will partner with strategic sellers, business and product teams, to grow sellers' businesses on Amazon worldwide. This includes identifying opportunities to maximize selection, driving feature adoption, monitoring sellers' healthy growth, performance, product quality, and working with sellers to achieve our standards and deliver the best e-commerce experience for customers on Amazon.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work with strategic sellers to grow the selections to Amazon and their business with profit.
  2. Drive the feature adoption rate to enhance the customer experience on Amazon.
  3. Achieve data quality standards and become an expert in using internal tools to achieve results.
  4. Drive seller performance and product quality to ensure the best customer experience.
  5. Conduct business reviews with sellers and analyze sales trends to develop recommendations for business growth.
  6. Develop a thorough understanding of assigned product/industry category, including seasonality and global business trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments.
  7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  8. Language Qualification: Korean and English.
  9. Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.
  10. Experience in procurement, negotiation, sales, consulting, supply chain, product/project management, or marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or economics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's products and services.

Salary: Estimated salary range is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
