About the Role:

As a Senior Customer Strategy Analyst at ENGINEERINGUK, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing customer data to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and experience in using tools like Snowflake Labs and exploratory.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data across global platforms and systems to generate strategic insights and identify opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver regular customer segment reports to track performance across the group.
  • Collaborate with regional data quality leads to recommend and track process improvements for data quality enhancement.
  • Work closely with the global community of analytics and insights practice to share customer segment insights and deliver greater value creation.
  • Collaborate with performance and optimization analysts in different regions to understand customer trends and activities influencing value and opportunities within the customer base.

About You:

This role requires a strong background in digital analytics, reporting tools proficiency, and experience with Salesforce reporting. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to convey complex information to a non-technical audience.

The Salary Package:

We are offering a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
