About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Strategy Analyst to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our CXO function, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Your Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and deliver analysis of customer data master (CDM) golden records from Informatica 360 using tools like Snowflake Labs and exploratory.
  • Generate strategic insights and identify opportunities based on customer segments to support customer strategy.
  • Develop regular customer segment reports to track performance across the group.
  • Collaborate with regional data quality leads to recommend and track process improvements for data quality enhancement.
  • Work closely with the global community of analytics and insights practice to share customer segment insights and deliver greater value creation.
