Senior Care Manager

Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Manager to lead their care home team in Corby, Northamptonshire.
As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership and management to the staff team, ensuring medication policies and procedures are adhered to, monitoring resident wellbeing, completing audits and reports, and attending weekly clinical meetings.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience working in a similar care environment in a management position, excellent leadership and management skills, the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and be competent in the use of IT systems.
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
