Contract Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and communicative Contract Coordinator Specialist to support the Operations Supervisor in ensuring the day-to-day running of our customer's contract. This role involves coordinating collection and delivery expectations, managing bookings, and liaising with Asset and Charter contacts to achieve optimum service.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Ensure timely collection and delivery of goods
- Manage bookings and coordinate with key personnel
- Liaise with Asset and Charter contacts to ensure smooth operations
- Support customs clearance and standkit change overs
- Collate data for KPI reporting
We are looking for a skilled Contract Coordinator Specialist with previous experience in a customer-focused operational role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and good IT skills.
