Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced logistics environment, strong administrative skills, and a proven ability to prioritize workload according to time windows. They should also be a quick learner with excellent organization and communication skills.

  • Amending orders on the WMS, waving previous order dates using various order templates
  • Supporting stock checks as requested, investigating stock discrepancies via PI checks
  • Completing schedules detailing driver arrival times and delivery status
  • Reading reports and investigating failing orders, escalating through the correct process as necessary
  • Directing drivers to the correct areas of the yard, signing paperwork if refused or missing
  • Processing returns and liaising with external contract administrators to minimize errors and resolve administrative queries
