Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Growth Specialist to join our team at Appetite 4 Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through partnerships with key clients in the hospitality industry.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our licensing team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • You will build strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline end-to-end, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • You will work closely with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns to reach new clients.
  • You will provide regular updates and reports to management on sales progress and performance.

Requirements:

  • You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
