We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 + £10k KPI Bonus and a fun, dynamic work environment.

About the Job:

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and highest standards in food and drink.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team, fostering a positive working environment and promoting development within the team.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure consistently excellent experience for all guests, with an emphasis on high-quality service, hospitality, and attention to detail.
  • Financial Accountability: Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Business Development: Drive the business forward by implementing marketing strategies, growing footfall, and enhancing the pub's reputation.
  • Compliance: Ensure licensing, health & safety, and food safety regulations are met and upheld.

  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and manage a team.
