About the Role

This Sales and Customer Service Representative position at Tangram offers a unique blend of sales and warehouse operations, providing a challenging and rewarding career path for the right candidate.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing their needs and resolving any issues efficiently.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and escalating complex issues when necessary.
  3. Support customers throughout their purchasing journey, from product information to order processing.
Warehouse Functions:
  1. Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision, maintaining accurate records and high levels of organization.
  2. Manage inventory levels, conducting regular stocktakes and collaborating with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery processes.
  3. Maintain a safe and efficient workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols and participating in ongoing training.
  4. Report incidents and ensure regulatory compliance, upholding Tangram's commitment to excellence.
Essential Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar counter sales role.
  • Superb customer service and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure, and resolve problems proactively.
  • Preferred knowledge of pumps, fans, electrical, HVAC, or refrigeration products.
  • A valid counterbalance license and driver's license.
  • A strong desire to develop and learn, with potential for advancement to territory manager.
  • Physical fitness, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test and medical screening.
  • Hold a clean criminal record.
  • Reside in New Zealand and possess valid working rights.
Remuneration Package:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000, comprising a competitive base salary, performance-driven bonuses, and opportunities for professional development.
