Cubitt & West is a leading property expert, and we're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Home Sales Expert. As a key player in our lettings department, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch services to our clients, driving business growth, and shaping the future of our company.

About the Role

  • As a Home Sales Expert, you'll work closely with landlords to list properties effectively, ensuring maximum exposure and profitability.
  • You'll be responsible for managing your own business, including profitability and business development, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Your expertise will also extend to coaching and motivating your team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment.

The Ideal Candidate

  • We're looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, who can build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Ambition, drive, and determination are essential, as you'll need to navigate pressurized situations and strive for excellence in everything you do.
  • Fundraising experience would be a bonus, as you'll have the opportunity to contribute to local or national charities through our company's community outreach initiatives.

The Package

  • Basic Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 per annum
  • On Target Earnings:£40,000 – £50,000 per annum
  • Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
  • Additional Benefits: Company Car or Car Allowance (up to £3,000), Holiday Commission, 33 days paid Holiday, plus an extra day off for your birthday, Pension, Life Insurance, Phone Allowance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Structured Career Path, Employee Assistance Scheme, Paid entry fees for charitable events
