About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Tangram. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for obtaining goods and services necessary for the operation of our successful business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management - Develop and maintain effective relations to foster and encourage collaboration with suppliers.
  • Lead Negotiation - Develop and implement cost-saving strategies while upholding quality and supplier performance.
  • Strategic Thinking - Identify issues for procurement and contract management, and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Risk Management - Identify, mitigate, and monitor risk to ensure the success of our business.

Key Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a strategic procurement role.
  • Experience with tendering, sourcing, and lead negotiations.
  • Building and merchant knowledge will be highly favourable.
  • Resilient, determined, and adaptable to change.
  • Analytical thinker, logical, and organised.
