About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Leader to join our team as a Group Manager, Localities. This is a key role in the transformation of our health system, and we are looking for someone with a strong track record of leading system and service design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of localities, partnering with IMPBs, health providers, and communities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across sectors and organisations
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team, while supporting their wellbeing and development needs
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in commissioning and community development, with a strong focus on system and service design
  • Demonstrated experience in health service funding and procurement, and provider oversight
  • Ability to think conceptually and anticipate the impact of decisions on long-term outcomes
  • Relevant tertiary or professional qualification
