About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Leader to join our team as a Group Manager, Localities. This is a key role in our organisation, responsible for leading the design and implementation of localities, partnering with IMPBs, health providers, and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team responsible for the effective design and implementation of localities
  • Partner with Te Aka Whai Ora and other stakeholders to shape system-wide public health services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with IMPBs, health providers, and communities
  • Design and implement community-based systems of care
  • Agree health and wellbeing plans with stakeholders
  • Monitor outcomes and feed into the design process
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in leading system and service design
  • Experience in commissioning and community development
  • Strong leadership and partnership skills
  • Ability to think conceptually and anticipate the impact of decisions
  • Relevant tertiary or professional qualification
