About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Technician to join our team at All Health Matters. As an Occupational Health Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our clients and their employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out health surveillance medicals, working to defined standards and under the remote supervision of the senior clinical team.
- Update online OH database with accurate records of appointments, medical test results, and relevant notes and information.
- Be a positive ambassador for the company, promoting our ethos of being 'human' and working closely with our clients.
- Protect sensitive data by following cyber security guidance and strict protocols for secure storage and shredding of hard copy paperwork.
- Keep equipment and clinics tidy and clean.
Requirements
- At least 1 year's experience in an OHT role or very similar.
- Willingness to work from our East London clinic and from client sites on occasion.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a 'can do' attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to others.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding and respect for medical confidentiality.
- Able to learn quickly with initiative and enthusiasm.
- Experience with Microsoft Office packages and Database Management.
