About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Technician to join our team at All Health Matters. As an Occupational Health Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out health surveillance medicals, working to defined standards and under the remote supervision of the senior clinical team.
  • Update online OH database with accurate records of appointments, medical test results, and relevant notes and information.
  • Be a positive ambassador for the company, promoting our ethos of being 'human' and working closely with our clients.
  • Protect sensitive data by following cyber security guidance and strict protocols for secure storage and shredding of hard copy paperwork.
  • Keep equipment and clinics tidy and clean.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year's experience in an OHT role or very similar.
  • Willingness to work from our East London clinic and from client sites on occasion.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a 'can do' attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to others.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding and respect for medical confidentiality.
  • Able to learn quickly with initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office packages and Database Management.
