Technical Customer Support Specialist

About the Role
This is a fixed term part-time Technical Customer Support Specialist position in our Ashburton store, Computers department. The role provides software and hardware support to customers and aims to grow the Tech2Home business.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and provide solutions to customers on desktop, laptops, tablets, smart phones and other computer peripherals.
- Drive sales of Tech2Home services within the sales team, tech bay and with customers.
About You
We are looking for a technical expert who can provide great customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Technical understanding of computers and computer products.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays essential.
