Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support and Technology Interface Specialist to join our team at Careerz Limited. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for service excellence, and the ability to work well with other technical team members.

Salary: £22K - £24K per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolving user issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Logging issues and tasks on the system to ensure timely updates.
  • Providing online demonstrations to interested potential customers to showcase our technology.
  • Working collaboratively with the technical team to deliver excellent customer support.
