At beBee Professionals, we are looking for a Support Specialist - Customer Experience to deliver exceptional customer service and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat queries from customers.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Process customer orders and manage account information.
- Keep records of customer interactions and follow-up tasks.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks when needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume queries while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
