Care Support Specialist

Tangram is a leading organization in the field of care support, and we are seeking a skilled Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to individuals with disabilities in their own homes, helping them develop confidence and new skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing safe and supportive environments for individuals to thrive
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
- Encouraging independence and autonomy in individuals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, including experience with disabilities and challenging behaviors
- Flexible schedule to work overnight shifts, including weekends
- Valid NZ driver's license
