Vacancy Overview

We are seeking Care Assistants to join our residential care home, Bridge Haven, located in Bridge, near Canterbury, Kent.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day care and comfort to our residents. Your main duties will include personal care, supporting and encouraging the well-being of residents, and assisting them with all activities of daily life.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be reliable, friendly, and professional. You will also need to have great communication skills and a flexible approach to work. While previous experience is useful, it is not essential as we will train you and provide you with the opportunity to complete your professional qualifications if required.
