Care Assistant Wanted:

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Care Assistant to join our team in Barham. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to our service users, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, encouraging physical activity and social interaction, and monitoring and reporting any changes in service user's condition or behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Encourage physical activity and social interaction
  • Monitor and report any changes in service user's condition or behavior
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment
