About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Meadow View Residential Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and social activities.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for residents.
- Participating in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
