Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at FCN Group. As a leading provider of recruitment solutions in the healthcare sector, we offer opportunities for individuals to make a real difference in the lives of service users.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience working in the UK healthcare market and will possess excellent communication skills. They will also be flexible in terms of travel and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting residents with daily activities, such as personal care, meals, and spending time with them
  • Providing emotional support and comfort to service users

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience working in the UK healthcare market
  • Flexibility to travel and work a variety of shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £52,000 - £62,000 per year (£24.62 - £29.85 per hour)
