Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Budget Coordinator to join our team at UK-Med NGO. As a key member of our Finance Team, you will be responsible for coordinating our payroll and budget functions, ensuring timely and accurate payments to staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, finance, and budget functions, as well as payroll processing and administration. You will be able to analyze and apply data across the full range of finance, payroll, and accounting functions.

With a strong focus on delivering high-quality results, you will work closely with our Field Offices to provide technical support with financial transactions and ensure compliance with applicable financial rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day payroll operations in accordance with UK-Med's policies and procedures.
  • Process payroll transactions and provide technical support to the Field.
  • Maintain frequent contact with staff at various levels, including Country/Field Offices.

Salary and Benefits:
£30,000 to £31,500 gross annual salary (dependent on experience).
