  • Evaluate payroll data for accuracy and compliance with PAYE and NIC regulations.
  • Enter starter details, benefits, and allowances into the payroll system with high accuracy.
  • Generate payroll reports and manage timely salary disbursements.
  • Maintain and enhance payroll software expertise.
  • Respond promptly to client payroll inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Support BACS upload and payroll quality checks.
  • Handle client complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Review and optimize payroll processes regularly.
  • Adhere to company policies and risk management standards.
  • Document work hours accurately using Workday.
  • Execute administrative tasks under general guidance.
  • Stay updated on current payroll legislation changes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from £22,000 to £27,000, contingent upon qualifications and experience.
