About the Job

We are currently recruiting for a Payroll and Pensions Administrator to join our team at Portfolio Payroll. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a knowledgeable and supportive payroll team, utilising your administrative skills to ensure efficient and accurate payroll and pensions administration.

As a Payroll and Pensions Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating effective and efficient end-to-end payroll and pensions administration, plus any additional relevant activity, ensuring a cost-effective and efficient service. You will also take ownership of administrative tasks in the payroll and pensions process, be the point of contact for enquiries in this area, and proactively resolve, signpost, or seek support on any issues or challenges which may arise.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, taking on similar responsibilities in payroll capacity, and excellent IT proficiency, ability to learn new software programs, and competent knowledge in Microsoft, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate effective and efficient end-to-end payroll and pensions administration
  • Take ownership of administrative tasks in the payroll and pensions process
  • Be the point of contact for enquiries in this area
  • Proactively resolve, signpost, or seek support on any issues or challenges which may arise

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in a similar role, taking on similar responsibilities in payroll capacity

Salary: up to £32,000 (DOE)
