Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes a basic salary, plus bonus and benefits.

Job Description

This role involves managing end-to-end payroll for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, handling payroll calculations, deductions, and statutory payments, and ensuring compliance with relevant payroll regulations and legislation. You will also be expected to provide administrative support to the HR function and oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Technical skills: payroll systems experience and Excel skills
  • 2-5 years' experience ideally, bureau experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
