About the Role

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Payroll Operations Coordinator.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to maintain accurate records.

  • Enter starters, leavers, benefits, and allowances into the Payroll database;
  • Run payroll reports and ensure timely salary payments;
  • Maintain payroll software proficiency;
  • Respond promptly to client payroll queries;
  • Assist with BACS uploading and quality checking payrolls;
  • Resolve client issues and handle complaints;
  • Periodically review payrolls for effective processing, including complying with firm policies and risk management procedures;
  • Maintain professional development and record time accurately using Workday;
  • Perform administrative tasks with some supervision and demonstrate knowledge of payroll legislation changes and competency in MS Office.

Estimated Salary: £26,000 per annum
