Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Coordinator to join our People Team in Manchester, working in a Hybrid setup. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate monthly payroll for employees in countries within the remit and advising them on payroll queries. Key responsibilities include supporting the Payroll team, ensuring statutory regulations and payments to third parties are followed, and reviewing Net Salary calculations as part of pre-payroll validations.

The ideal candidate will have experience of EMEA payrolls (preferably German) and benefits tax legislation and regulatory requirements. They will also be able to train and cover on other EMEA country payrolls as required. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory) and German (preferable) are essential. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools is also necessary.

This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. BNY Mellon provides highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs to its employees.
