Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Referral to Treatment Team and the Cancer Information and Systems Team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Business Intelligence RTT Developer, you will play a key role in supporting the design, development, and delivery of Trust-wide solutions in data and reporting.
Main Duties of the Job
You will work closely with the RTT and Cancer Information Leads to understand complex issues, analyze data, and develop solutions that deliver information in clear and understandable formats. You will also lead specific project work streams, deliver projects to tight deadlines, and work with colleagues, senior managers, clinicians, and directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver Trust-wide solutions in data and reporting
- Support the development of Trust processes and reports
- Work with the RTT and Cancer Information Leads to understand complex issues and develop solutions
- Lead specific project work streams and deliver projects to tight deadlines
- Work with colleagues, senior managers, clinicians, and directors
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with SQL
- Knowledge of ETL processes and business process automation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Access and Excel
- Data analytical, evaluation, and system development skills
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft reporting solutions, including SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI
